Just shipped!  I was so pleased when my collector reached out to me and asked me to create a special   painting for her to coordinate and hang together with a previous painting that she was enjoying from me. I had just the reference in mind, too!  These roes from my backyard were bringing so much color and joy to our spring, that I knew they would do the same for this homeowner. And, that was the best feeling when she let me know how much she loved this painting and how perfectly it complimented her collection.

Just sold through AO5 Gallery! I wanted this painting to be about the joy I feel in springtime when Texas wildflowers are bursting forth, creating their symphony of colors. Magical light flows around them casting its warm glow and hope for the upcoming day. As the sun illuminates the horizon, bluebonnets and a kaleidoscope of blooms sparkle and dance across the canvas. I hope “Cobalt Cascade” fills your heart with the power of nature to lift your spirits, energize your soul and bathe you in peace.
