The fall foliage along the Blue Ridge Parkway outside of Asheville was incredible! One day of painting wasn’t enough, so we returned today to capture more of its beauty to share with you. Loaded with texture and color, I hope you enjoy this joyful journey through this autumn wonderland.

Today we are touring the Blue Ridge Parkway and Pisgah Forest outside of Asheville, NC. WOW!!!! The fall colors are amazing! I am in my happy place with inspiration at every turn. We finally found a large enough spot to pull over and park the RV so I could paint this gorgeous view. Hope you enjoy the scenery and escape as much as we did!

So many waterfalls. So little time! Since this one is a shorter hike – just 100 steps down and then we merely had to climb over and balance on some slippery rocks, this was my painting spot! Listen to the cathartic rhythm of those rushing falls. Enjoy your escape with us to the mountains.
